B Pressure Welder
Position Details
CAPE Manufacturing is looking for a skilled, self-driven B Pressure Welder with the following qualifications:

Experience with SMAW, GMAW, and MCAW welding processes

Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings, blueprints, and piping specifications

Strong commitment to workplace safety practices
-
Ability to track and record labor for all work performed
-
Proficient in operating common metal fabrication tools (e.g. band saws, grinders, brake, shear, drill press, chop saw)
-
Capable of planning and managing projects, maintaining accurate records, and following safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
· Physically able to stand for a long period of time, lift, move, and bend without restrictions
· Able to follow instructions accurately and work unsupervised
· Able to work both independently or in a team while utilizing a variety of hand tools, saws and cutting equipment while performing any duties assigned.
· Safety-conscious
· Working from heights-MEWP, Articulated Lift, Ladders
· Familiar with P&ID drawings, blueprints, and oilfield equipment (preferred but not required)
Designations, Training or Prerequisites Required:
-
Journeyman qualified or registered apprentice.

Valid Driver’s license
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
From $40.00 per hour
